We are seeking a skilled Level 1.5 Desktop Support Engineer to join an ambitious growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: 3 years' desktop or technical support experience Experience supporting 250-400 users Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Proactive, service-oriented approach Solid Microsoft tech knowledge (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, Endpoint Manager) ITIL certification and experience with Cherwell, SCCM, PowerShell (desirable) Familiarity with VDI and network infrastructure (a plus) Use ServiceNow or similar platforms for incident management Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, video conferencing) Provide remote support via TeamViewer, RDP Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment Apply basic cybersecurity principles Manage software deployment with SCCM and Intune Handle and resolve escalated incidents promptly Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite, 6-month contract with potential extension.
